The completely newly renovated and furnished, beautiful 2-room non-smoking vacation home, with 54m², is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 2 people. In addition, a comfortable, large sofa bed is available for another 1-2 people. The large south-west balcony with panoramic views from the Alpspitze over the Zugspitze, the Daniel to the Ziegspitze or Hirschbichl invites you to linger.

OUR APPARTEMENT

The approx 28 m²non-smoking flat is located on the top floor and offers space for 2 people. In this enchanting little flat, you will find everything you need to feel at home and spend romantic evenings for two. Enjoy the evening sun on the west-facing balcony and delight in the play of colours of the setting sun.

Availability
of apartment & vacation home
The minimum stay is 2 nights. The visitor’s tax will be charged separately. You will receive the Grainau Card directly from us on arrival. Payment only possible in CASH. No card payment! Dogs and other pets are not allowed. Arrival from 3 pm, departure until 10 am.
Grainau
The Stepberg is quietly and centrally located in the beautiful Zugspitze village of Grainau. In a few minutes’ walk you can reach the town centre, the Zugspitzbad, public transport (DB station, Zugspitzbahn, bus stops) and various restaurants. The cross-country ski trail starts on our doorstep. Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the popular excursion destinations Eibsee, Höllentalklamm, Partnachklamm or the Garmisch Classic and Zugspitze ski areas can be reached easily and comfortably by public transport. Linderhof Castle and the fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle are just a short drive away from us.
Whether you want to ski in winter or go on a mountain tour in summer, you will find everything you need to pursue your passions in the surrounding area.
ABOUT US
We are a nature-loving, sporty-active family and the surrounding mountains are our second home. As passionate hikers and alpine crossers, mountain bikers and trail runners, we are happy to share this enthusiasm for the mountains and the sport with you.

If you have any questions about hikes, trail running and MTB tours, we are happy to share our experience and support you in your planning. If you do not dare to go on a hike/tour on your own, we will accompany you by arrangement.
